Dead Wicked is an online store offering made-to-order 3D printed products, personalised items, clothing and related merchandise.

2. Orders
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including where:

The product is unavailable
There has been an error in the price or description
We believe the order contains inappropriate, offensive or copyrighted material
Fraudulent or unauthorised payment is suspected
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Made To Order Products
All 3D printed products are made to order. Please allow sufficient time for design, printing, preparation and packaging before dispatch.

Estimated dispatch times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on demand and current production workload. During busy periods, orders are completed on a first come, first served basis.

4. Product Information
All 3D printed figures are supplied:

Unassembled
Unpainted

In your chosen finish of plain white or marble effect
Assembly and gluing are required before display.

If you wish to paint your model, we recommend using a suitable primer before painting.

Although we make every effort to remove visible imperfections, some light sanding or preparation may still be required to achieve the best finish.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur.

5. Personalised Products
For personalised items, you are responsible for providing accurate photographs and information.

By submitting photographs or other content, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.

The content does not infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of any third party
The content is not unlawful, offensive or inappropriate
We reserve the right to refuse any personalised order that breaches these requirements.

6. Pricing And Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any change will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch most orders within 5–7 working days. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the items have been delivered.

8. Returns And Refunds
As all products are made to order, personalised products and custom items cannot usually be returned or refunded unless:

The item arrives damaged
The wrong item has been sent
There is a fault with the product

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within
14 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and product images, remains the property of Dead Wicked unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

10. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dead Wicked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or any products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights.
