As all items are custom made to order, personalised products cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.

Please ensure that any photographs or other information provided for personalised items are correct before submitting your order.

All 3D printed figures supplied through the store arrive unassembled and require gluing before display. All figures are also supplied unpainted and in your chosen finish of plain white or marble effect.

If you wish to paint your model, we recommend using a suitable primer to achieve the best finish.

While we try to remove all visible imperfections, some light sanding or preparation may still be required if you want to achieve a perfect painted finish.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on demand, production times and courier delays.
